Losing extra weight requires discipline, patience and a well-planned routine based on two primary factors: diet – ensuring a calorie deficit (burning more calories than you ingest) and physical activity to build muscle mass and help your metabolism. There is no magic formula apart from integrating a balance between these two factors, and this also ensures a sustainable and permanent weight loss journey.
